Alan Pasqua and his new album on Cryptogramophone Records titled-The Anti Social Club is my favourite release at the moment.
Recollections of the 70’s fusion and a few Miles grooves thrown in. Jimmy Haslip is amazing on this session.
There is also the new one from The Chris Tarry Group, John Scofield, and from Greece Aussia expat George Plyhronakos.
And much more !! Do not miss this show packed with lots of brand new goodies.

I interviewed legendary drummer Dave Weckl about his latest CD release - Multiplicity, available on Stretch Records
Dave has had a stellar career as both a solo artist and as a band member of some of the greatest line ups -
- Chick Corea’s Elektric and Akoustic Band
- Mike Stern
- Simon and Garfunkel
and many others.. As well as his own solo recording projects he has recorded albums for;
- Michel Camilo
- George Benson
- Diana Ross
- Dave Grusin
- Natalie Cole
and many many more..
On this Podcast you can hear a sample of tracks from the “Multiplicity” album and Dave’s thoughts during the writing and recording process.
Enjoy…

If you are into Progressive Rock and Jazz Fusion you will enjoy this release. It features one of my favourite guitarists Brett Garsed. It also features Frank Gambale and Steve Hunt.
Marc Norgaard is a powerful drummer, but this release is not all about drum solos. In fact the drum parts are very intricate but beautiful to listen to and do provide great backup to the superb guitar playing.
I will be featuring this CD on my next show on Bitches Brew on January 15th 2008, don’t forget to listen in either on the radio if you are in Melbourne, or on the internet wherever you are !
I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Steve about his new CD - Dark Blue Dream.
In this podcast Steve gives a great insight into the creation of his latest project with samples of each tune. You can get more information about Steve and this release at www.steveweingart.com
I highly recommend this CD to your collection.
